Express is now hiring a Property Administrator for a Commercial Property Management company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a temporary position that will last about 3-4 months while an internal employee is out on leave. The schedule will be Monday- Friday from 8AM-5PM. The compensation for this position will range from $22-24/hr depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Promote good communications with building tenants.
- Facilitate positive relations as the principal person to receive telephone calls and greet walk in customers. Handling all situations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Evaluate tenant requests regarding janitorial, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and coordinate work order requests to the engineering staff. Enter and close all work requests in the maintenance work order system.
- Order and manage inventory of building consumable products.
- Coordinating monthly staff meetings as needed.
- Using Excel spreadsheets as well as accounting software to enter invoices into the correct departments.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of Customer Service experience in a professional environment
- Experience using Excel in a previous job setting
- Comfortable with data entry for Accounts Payable
