The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita's revenue cycle, in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita's revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Revenue Operations Team (ROPS).
Essential Function:
Reporting & Administration
Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communication
Proactively provide updates and recommendations within executive presentations
Measure and evaluate results to determine the direction of projects and resources
Program & Project Management
Develop project structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementation
Select and manage resources to accomplish project objectives
Identify and influence strategic business relationships, internally and externally, between ROPS leadership teams
Set priorities and direction for projects
Perform root cause analysis on large amounts of datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues and opportunities
Other Duties
Champion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externally
Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or needed
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Travel required: up to 5%
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills
Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications
Effective training and presentation skills
Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populations
Working knowledge of ROPS teams, functions, systems, processes
Model, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership
Data analysis and/or process innovation
Ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00-$112,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
