Job DescriptionAs Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Operations, you are responsible for daily operations and performance of the Global and US teams. You will build, operationalize, and deliver a high functioning and performing model to support all hiring needs for TrueBlue. The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Operations will be a part of and lead a unique global team of highly skilled recruiting professionals. This role is defined as an exempt (salaried) role. The primary responsibility will be to partner and oversee day to day sourcing and operations activities, work with internal clients to meet all staffing needs and create strategic recruitment/sourcing plans. This role will also be responsible for managing a global sourcing and operations team. This leader has strong analytics skills as the owner of TA KPI measurements and reporting.

Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years proven leadership with a Bachelors degree (Master's preferred) within the recruitment services industry; strong sourcing strategy experience is required; RPO management experience preferred
3+ Years working with, building processes and leading global teams
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a leadership role
Absolute and uncompromising integrity with the ability to instill trust, honesty, fairness, credibility and a sense of purpose to stakeholders
Proven leadership of a global team of Sourcers and Operations colleagues
Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations
Excellent consultative skills
Solid understanding of discipline and market specific sourcing strategies, end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
Ability to proactively prioritize and plan for current and future internal client needs
Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Must be driven and able to handle urgent deadlines and priorities
Experience with Applicant Tracking and Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to build strong, positive partnerships
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and seasoned at giving presentations to a wide range of audiences
Understanding of recruiting principles
Strong Attention to Detail
Strong analytic skills, able to extract data from systems for operational purposes as well as report on performance

Structured Responsibilities:
Own build, implementation and oversight of the entire sourcing function for the Talent Acquisition team
Management of Virtual Sourcing and Operations Team
Managing a global team who identifies qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing and networking techniques that yield positive results.
Complete weekly report on recruiting activity, job requisitions etc.
Use recruiting tools, ATS, to accurately track candidates and interviews.
Identify and monitor KPIs to gauge performance, identify trends and lead strategies that will positively impact results
Manage onshore and offshore sourcing and operations teams
Interface with TrueBlue business leaders
Proactively seek out areas for consistent improvement to the process, recruitment timeline and metrics
Lead and provide updates for projects initiated by or impacting the Talent Acquisition team or the business they support
Manage use of data and technology
Manage budgets of employees, recruiting tools and other department expenses
Manage P&L results and budget inputs

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $148,00 - $185,000 per year plus incentive. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
