Express is now hiring for a Membership Manager at an organization based out of Olympia, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The compensation for this position will start at $50,000 salary, plus commission on total sales (25-35%), renewal commissions (25%), and several different bonuses. Expected average earnings of $60,000-$80,000+ annually. This company offers fantastic benefits! Job Duties:
- Inside and Outside sales activity
- Developer will be selling membership plans to local businesses utilizing both inside and outside sales techniques at a 70/30 ratio in and out.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and service the their needs in order to retain them as clients/members
- Communicate with the Director and prospects daily
New member recruitment is achieved through individualized professional telesales presentations and limited calling on prospects and members outside the office
The average number of contacts by successful representatives is 45 + per day via telephone, calling on new member prospects, as well as existing members
Job Qualities:
- Must have a passion for the mission of the company
- Be humble, hungry for growth and bring a creative edge to the business
- Basic computer skills are required, such as basic outlook & excel proficiency, and the ability to use advanced marketing and tracking programs such as LinkedIn's Sale Navigator system is a plus
- Basic database and record keeping experience is also required
- Be comfortable with LinkedIn interface
- Ability to dress business professional
- Available to work through occasional holidays (only those interfering with Legislative season)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales/business development experience
